Job Description
- Service Engineer
- Working Days: 5 Day
- Working Hours: 8:30am- 5:30pm
- Address: Tiong Bahru
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Related work experience in service / maintenance will be an added
- advantage.
- Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
- Provide after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair of laboratory/ research/ analytical equipment
- Provide technical consultation to customers
- To respond to customers\' requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline
- To prepare service reports
- Working hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm (Mon - Fri)
- Corporation Place - Near to Lakeside MRT Station (Easy access)
- At least Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent
- Good understanding of Chemistry is an advantage
- Willing to travel oversea to support overseas customers.
- Class 3 license with own transport will be an added advantage (Required to travel to customer\'s site)
- Provide technical support with actively involvement in initial set-up, installation and commission of equipment.
- Supporting after-sales service by responding to trouble-shooting and solving of equipment failures at customers\' operating sites.
- Track and document the progression of work
