Job Description
$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Handle all service repair order-related activities, arrangements, assignments and clarifications issues
- Carry out field maintenance of pumps / equipment
- Provide remote technical support to existing and new client by email and phone
- Assist spare part recommendation and quotation
- Support sales in technical meeting and onboard survey activities
- Manage and monitor project works
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Min. Diploma / Degree in mechanical / Marine engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
