Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attending to clients\' call and sales person pertaining to company products specification
- Troubleshooting and analysing clients issues, research competitive information pertaining to company products
- Provide products training to internal sales members and clients
- Create and revise manuals for product training and product demonstration
- Liaise with HQ on new product release
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Electrical/Computer engineering or its equivalent
- At least 2 years related working experience
- Familiar with Programming (HMI/SCADA)
- Experienced with sensors, actuators, servo motor is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
