Diagnoses, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Perform installation and preventative maintenance of equipment
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Maintain good and smooth communication with customers through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issue
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal team or principal
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Maintaining procedural documents and reports
Ability to learn and work on changing technologies
Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and other professional
To perform any other ad-hoc assignments given by Management
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Higher Nitec in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2 years of experience in service and maintenance works on various machineries
Perform troubleshooting and on-site hands-on problem solving
Able to conduct training to customers
Able to travel outstation
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Possess good working attitude, willing to learn new skills and protocols on new equipments and machineries
