Job Overview:

As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous functionality and optimal performance of AV systems. You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and providing technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and calibrate AV systems, including projectors, displays, audio equipment, and control systems. Conduct preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and system upgrades. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both remotely and on-site. Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful system integration and client satisfaction. Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Document all service activities, including equipment inventory, maintenance records, and service reports. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to make recommendations for system improvements. Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and certifications.

Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in AV system installation, maintenance, and support. Proficiency in using various AV equipment, control systems, and software. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Relevant certifications in the AV industry, such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), are a plus.

Working Conditions:

The role may require working in various environments, including corporate offices, educational institutions, and event venues. Some projects may require working evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs. Travel to client sites within the designated area may be necessary.
