Job Function: After Sales Service Repair




This role is intended to Support End-user sales/service and in-house activities



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reconditioning of mechanical seal
  • Write inspection report after seal inspection
  • Pre/Post inspection of reconditioned seals
  • Installation/troubleshooting of mechanical seal
  • Mechanical seal assembly
  • Perform acceptance test before delivery
  • Support local contracts and out-station may require
  • Support local and Overseas site assignments
  • Ensure to meet monthly service KPI
  • Follow standard operationing procedure and maintain service standards

The Individual
  • Basic Seal and SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Preferably Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Chemical Engineering
  • Class 3 driving licence is required
  • Able to travel to Overseas if require
  • Able to adapt to fast pace working environment
  • Show keen interest to take up new challenges - Able to adapt to fast pace working environment
