Through the years, our products are well received by our Singapore based customers has collaborated with us through our design, implementation and maintenance projects. As part of BOSCH\'s business expansion strategy, our Security Solutions Business Unit is seeking for a technical competent Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore office.



JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide CCTV, Card access security service and support include backend systems.
• Second Level Support - Provide Solution and alternative on resolving technical issues

• Provide service and support for CCTV, Card access & Cyber Security (Genetec, Milestone, BVMS, Avigilon, Bosch PA, eVMS, Intercom, UVSS)
• Provide preventive maintenance support technically, method, checklist and guidance during the initial phase
• Maintain customer satisfactory and anticipate situation to fulfil service level agreement
• Ensuring backup of camera images are in order and no security risk will be compromised by the security system based on contract
• Able to apply technical knowledge, analytical and ingenuity to develop solutions for technical problems
• Able to take ownership and responsibility of the work till job closed
• Implement contingency plan for contracted customer on their backend systems

• At least Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or in relevant field
• Fresh graduates with no working experience will be considered
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong desire in learning and picking new skills
• Ideally, an expert in Cyber Security, CCTV, Card access security system, intruder detection system and PV system
