- Planning / assign manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
- Supervising & managing of sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
- Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
- Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, trouble-shooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA system
- Optimise BMS/Harmonas/PLC/SCADA control system to reduce overall building energy consumption
- Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
- Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
- Attending customer spot call, develop close relationship & high-level service to client
- Min Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel & AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in BMS / PLC / HVAC
- Strong communication, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member or work independently.
- Exhibits attentiveness, thoroughness, and self-motivation.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and responsibility towards tasks.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
