Service Engineer

YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to coordinate projects (assigned territory basis) which include troubleshooting, installation, testing and commissioning, preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all Bayer Radiology products.
• Provide operational in-service training (lead) to end-users, when necessary, across all models of Radiology devices.
• Maintain and lead an efficient administration and customer service support processes, service PM schedule.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with end-users, OEM, and hospital BME teams.
• Must follow and adhere to all company processes and procedures outlined and require for GDPMDS/ISO certification.
• Complete required administrative duties and functions that are associated with job responsibilities.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Between 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong contacts with good relationships in Radiology
• Customer-orientated, Team player,
• Excellent knowledge of all necessary tools
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including excellent English skills (spoken & written)
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Positive attitude
