What will you do?

To perform customer site service activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification and repair of complex Schneider projects along with Engineer assigned.

Responsible for a region or subgroup of services.

Performs installation supervision and commissioning of Schneider products including day to day service of the same as per the direction of Engineer

Performs maintenance for Schneider equipment

Support Engineer to train customers on equipment\xe2\x80\x99s operation and maintenance of Schneider products.

Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field.

Determining the cause of these failures along with assigned engineer.

Solve Site problems at customers site and provides reports on these issues.

Providing 24/7 support

What qualifications will make you successful?

At least Diploma in Engineering

3-5 years experience in maintenance especially in automation

Knowledge of controls logic, PLC, communication protocols Modbus/ profibus etc.

Willing to travel within Singapore

Computer literate and fluent in spoken English

Demonstrated ability to function successfully across multiple cultures and nationalities

Verbal and written communication skills in English are essential

Ability to interface with all functional areas of the company

Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Word and Power Point.
