Through the years, our products are well received by our Singapore based customers has collaborated with us through our design, implementation, and maintenance projects. As part of BOSCH\'s business expansion strategy, our Security Solutions Business Unit is seeking for a technical competent Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore office.Key Responsibilities

• Provide service and support for CCTV and Card Access security systems, as well as third-party security equipment such as barriers and Under Vehicle Surveillance Systems (UVSS).
• Proactively anticipate site-specific situations to arrange appropriate solutions or replacements, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
• Lead and guide technicians through challenging situations, fostering a team environment that overcomes technical challenges.
• Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting a variety of security systems (Genetec, Milestone, Avigilion, Lenel, Gallagher, Hikvision), utilizing both practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks of backend systems to ensure their reliability and performance.
• Manage the backup of camera images and safeguard the integrity of security systems to prevent any risk of compromise.
• Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through prompt service, effective communication, and adherence to service level agreements.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize daily service tasks and support duties.

• Diploma, Nitec or Higher Nitec in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in security systems, including troubleshooting CCTV, Card Access security systems, Intruder Detection Systems, and PV systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Linux operating systems is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong discipline in Electrical, Electronic, and IT practices.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
• Must be able to be on standby for rotating night shifts and weekends.
