Essential Responsibilities:

Repair and Calibration of RVI products (Industrial Borescope)
Ensure that the assigned task is executed in a timely fashion and in line with Service Center expectations and requirements.
Timely execution and completion of standard service reports, quotations, and other administrative requirements.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrate EHS mindset and compliance.
Commitment to quality and service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Deliver reports and output documents within defined time within good quality after job execution.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering
Have 1 years experience with similar industry
Knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing of optical or inspection equipment would be an advantage.
Hands on experience of mechanical and electronics repairs
Experience in the use of electronic measuring instruments i.e. multimeters, scopes etc.
Knowledge of analog and digital technology
Excellent problem-solving skills and able to articulate issues by breaking them down to bite size chunks to elaborate on the method used to resolve it.
