Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Take care of chillers and related equipment by fixing and maintaining them to ensure they work well
• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on chillers to prevent problems and fix any issues
• Work with vendors and contractors to make sure all repairs and maintenance are done to the required quality and safety standards
• Communicate with customers to solve any problems they have with their chillers
• Do physical tasks like climbing, lifting, and handling materials needed for maintaining and servicing equipment
• Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisor

Engineer:

• Collaborate with vendors and contractors, engage with customers, and supervise technicians
• Manage and direct technicians, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently when assigned
• Support scheduling and generate reports on maintenance and engineering activities

Requirements:

• Possess at least ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
• Preferably with 2-5 years of working experience / hands-on experience in service
• Strong technical understanding of servicing ACMV, HVAC, and chiller systems
• Good experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and project management
• Good communication, customer management and problem-solving abilities
• Positive and proactive approach to work
