Position: Service Executive
Salary: $5,000.00
The Service Executive is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations of the outlet. This role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude in handling customer needs and supporting service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Greet and seat customers professionally and courteously.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area and service stations.
Assist in cashiering duties, including billing and payment collection.
Support team members and coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service flow.
Ensure compliance with company service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage (training will be provided).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, friendly personality, and service-oriented mindset.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
