You will also ensure the safe and efficient operation of these systems, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a commitment to safety and precision in their work. This position reports to the Service Engineer for Singapore.Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for carry out servicing of elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble-shooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement, in accordance to code of practice.
• Demonstrate understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and comply accordingly on the job.
• Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites.
• Support Service Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards.

Requirement

• Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec level.
• Relevant work experiences on service and maintenance of elevators and escalators will be an advantage but not a must.
• Team player and willing to learn on the job.
