The Digital Service Line Sales Role is critical to the growth and expansion of companies portfolio in key Strategic accounts.
The SLS should preferably have experience of selling in at least two or more Core Capability Areas in Digital Marketing / Digital Commerce (B2B / B2C) / CRM / Portals & Mobile / Experience Design.
Network and prospect new business, leading to successful negotiation and acquisition of new accounts.
Achieve and exceed sales goals and activities
Network and develop new business development opportunities
Partner with Sales teams (CP\xe2\x80\x99s & BDM\xe2\x80\x99s)) to grow accounts and deals with Digitalservices.
Align and manage the relationship with AE\xe2\x80\x99s & RVP\xe2\x80\x99s of the Product Partners (Salesforce, Adobe)
Develop and execute the Sales strategy and plan to grow the Digital portfolio.
The SLS should have experience of selling for Projects, Programs & AMS Opportunities \xe2\x80\x93 both proactive and reactive.
The SLS should preferably have experience of selling / solution in one or more Industry Groups.
Have experience of selling in at least two or more data Technology Platforms.
Required Skills :
8 to 15 years years within Sales, business and technology consulting services (with majority of experience and focus on Digital Sales, Consulting, advisory and technology services)
Knowledge & Experience of at least 2 or more Technology Platforms.
nterprise Knowledge and experience with other technology platforms \xe2\x80\x93 in and around CRM and CX
Sales strategy & execution for Digital and Data services organization.
Strong exposure to the business and technology concepts of the Digital ecosystem such as Customer Relationship Management, Customer 360, Connected Commerce, Intelligent Customer Service, Self-service, Omni-channel Experience, Predictive analytics, Grow the Subscriber Relations (media) and etc.
