Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of service management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using service management software and tools.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
