Business continuity management \xe2\x80\x93 update and maintain IT business continuity plans or DR plans through collaboration and follow-up with multiple stakeholders ensuring that IT BCM is monitored and tracked.
Service transition process - work with change, release management and project management office on smooth service transition process. Including roll-out of improvements.
Secondary responsibility in Configuration Management - including updating, maintaining, andverifying of CIs ensuring accuracy and integrity of the CI informationMake an Impact by:Business Continuity Management
Collaborate with all divisions and stakeholders to update, maintain and implement business continuity plans and DR plans to anticipate, address, and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions.
Develop, maintain and implement BCP and DR plans including risk assessments, business impact analysis and documentation of BCP and DR procedures.
Manage and track all system DR plans and DR test schedules to ensure that IT BCM is effective
Service Transition Process
Work with project management office to ensure a smooth transition to operations from projects
Work with change/release to ensure proper handover between configuration management and change management
Configuration Management
Responsible for updating, maintaining, verifying of CIs and auditing as defined within the Configuration Management policy
Ensures management and timely update of CI information
Accountable for the accuracy and integrity of the CI information within the CMDB
Responsible for ensuring process and CMDB compliance to audits or other compliance controls
Maintenance and continual improvement of the Configuration Management process
Responsible for auto update, discovery and import set data
Skills for Success:
IT Degree with minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 hands-on experience in business continuity management or DR
management
Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT service management
Working experience in IT infrastructure
Working experience in IT operations
Hands-on experience in configuration, change/release management
ITIL foundation certificate
Certification in Business Continuity Management
Experience with ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
Certification in Business Continuity Management
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Effective presentation skills
