Job Description


When you join us as a Service Manager, you will be professionally trained to build your knowledge in business banking products and services.

  • You will play an active role in providing after-sales service to Global Commercial and Global Corporate Banking clients
  • You will provide end-to-end service to our customers. These include business account enquires and transaction fulfilment (loans, time deposits and remittances).
  • You will have the opportunity to involve in collaborative efforts with other internal stakeholders to provide service solutions to customers
Qualifications
Qualifications
  • You should preferably have a degree or diploma
  • Experience in Banking or Customer Service environment will be an added advantage
  • A strong service mindset, with the ability to take ownership, in providing excellent service to customers
  • Meticulous, organised and can work independently
  • Candidates, who are proficient in conversing in English and Mandarin, will have an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
