Allocate manpower, schedule jobs, and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
Monitor service desk efficiency and coordinate follow-ups on breakdowns.
Provide technical guidance to the team to ensure smooth service execution.
Execute backup support for emergency breakdowns, including after-hours.
Verify timesheets, overtime, and leave applications for accuracy.
Manage permits, transport, and staff claims efficiently.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Conduct technicians' appraisals, salary reviews, promotions, and terminations.
Train new employees in company procedures and technical workflows.
Collaborate with the BD Service Manager to support contract delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or equivalent.
8-10 years in ACMV service and maintenance, with at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, etc.).
Excellent planning, scheduling, and manpower management skills.
Good communication and coordination with internal teams and clients.
Hands-on leadership style with problem-solving abilities.
