Job Description

  • Responsible for providing administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers (RM) within the Business Unit.
  • Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Manager servicing regional corporate clients.
  • Respond to client enquiries with regards to transactions/account updates and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
  • Conduct documental checks and handle exception approvals for corporate customers' account opening and transactions
  • Perform enhanced screenings and due diligence Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks during account opening and transaction reviews.
  • Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations and other functional areas as necessary

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
  • Meticulous, strong attention to details
  • Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Good team player who is driven, pro-active and has a positive attitude
  • Bilingual, able to read and communicate in Chinese is a plus
  • Degree/Diploma holders are welcome to apply
