Role :
Handling navigation and communication equipment service & repair inquiry
Provide prompt response to customer for technical query
Assign and handling service engineer and required spares for repair and survey job
Customer meeting and marketing for the company product
Handling customer complain after service & sending invoice .
follow up for the payment for invoice.
* Maintain all company approval like class approval and ISO audit .
