General information:

Hitachi Energy Transformers are a global leader in technology, and the largest supplier of transformers in the world. We are pioneering the digitalization of transformers, while working on the frontier of renewable energy and ultra-high voltage AC & DC applications. Implement Service strategy in line with HUB and GPG strategy and drive Service growth locally for the combined resources of Transformers Business Unit.. Lead the Service organization and take responsibility for Service Sales, Operations, Profitability and Cash flows a complete Profit and Loss responsibility. Optimum utilization of resources with an eye on any under absorption.

Responsibilities:

Drive implementation of the Service strategy condition assessments, bushings diagnostics, Digital portfolio etc. Ensure corresponding plans are implemented consistently in the Service organization leveraging on the synergies between PGTR. Drive, implement, reports and monitor performance targets as part of the local unit P&L (OPQ, OTD, CCRP\'s, Orders, revenue, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.). Run the day-to-day Service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of Service productivity. Implements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction. Execute the (global) service and delivery sales channel strategy within the local unit, implement productized Service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in Service Sales to increase market penetration. Build sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction and retention together with Sales and support Sales resources in customer meetings. Drive consistent development of processes and practice based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS)). Invest in improving the quality of existing Service products and in developing new Service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction. Health, safety & integrity is responsible for health and safety of the local Service Unit. Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed., guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates. Improve service availability, provide training and develop capabilities and competencies.

Your background:


Bachelor\'s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 10years of experience along with bachelor\'s or 15years of experience with diploma . Experience in Transformers is a must Able to work in team and good interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills.
