Job Description


We are looking for a Service Manager to support in retail matters. This candidate will be reporting to the GENERAL MANAGER - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

  • Working Location: Bugis Flagship Store
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Between Mondays to Sundays, 11.05 AM - 9.30 PM)
  • Salary: Up to $4K

Key Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of NB/PC service repair
  • Liaising with the partner service center
  • Handle customer technical inquiries
  • Coordinating with stores and challenger call center teams
  • Notify Customer on device status
  • Arrange collection of devices from the Service counter @ Challenger (Bugis)
  • Tracking of extended warranty service
  • Process service claims
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of IT service professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS
  • Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to understand and meet customer requirements
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and build customer relationships.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
