Job Description


Responsibilities:

- You will play an active role in supporting Relationship Managers to provide continuous service support to our customers in the Real Estate and Construction sector.

- To conduct daily checks on accounts to ensure excesses & overdue are appropriately processed and necessary approval promptly sought.

- To perform pre-processing of applications such as account opening, follow up with customers for any document discrepancies or clarifications and liaising with internal business partners to ensure applications and transaction fulfilment (eg loan drawdown, time deposits placements, fund transfers/remittances etc) are processed timely.

- To assist in monitoring and tracking of Construction sector related projects.

- You may be task to collate/coordinate reports in relation to the department\xe2\x80\x99s operational needs to ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- A strong service mindset, with the ability to take ownership, in providing excellent service to customers consistently.

- Possesses positive attitude, meticulous, takes initiative, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team to meet multiple tasks and deadlines.

- A fast learner to acquire the knowledge of work processes, policies & guidelines in order to provide the required service support to our customers.

- Good communication (written/spoken) and interpersonal skill to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with Relationship Managers, Credit Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of operational processes and timely resolution of issues.

- Experience in banking or customer service environment will be an added advantage.
