Key Responsibilities



Lead the end-to-end delivery of

ServiceNow projects

, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment. Act as the

technical and functional expert

, guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Business to translate requirements into technical solutions. Manage

ServiceNow platform governance

, performance tuning, and version upgrades. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and other connectors. Oversee

ITSM/ITOM workflows

, catalog design, CMDB accuracy, and automation enhancements. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the ServiceNow practice. Drive

continuous improvement

initiatives through innovation and automation.

Required Skills & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow implementation and customization. Strong understanding of

ITIL processes

and enterprise service management. Expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules:

ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.

Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), UI policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer. Experience with

ServiceNow integrations

(REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO, Discovery, MID Server). ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM) preferred. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
