Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow implementation and customization.
Strong understanding of
ITIL processes
and enterprise service management.
Expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules:
ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), UI policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
