Working Hours/ Days: Office Hours/ 5.5 days work weekKey Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead the Service and Operations teams at the polyclinic to ensure smooth daily operations
Oversee the implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, and Age Well SG
Work closely with the Head of Polyclinic and other departments to drive service excellence and continuous improvement
Coach, mentor, and inspire the operations staff for continuous professional development
Collaborate on cross-department projects aimed at improving patient access to care, operational efficiency, and patient experience
Work with team members across various workgroups, clinics, or HQ on initiatives such as manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, policy and workflow improvements, new polyclinic development, and emergency planning
Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth in healthcare administration while contributing to public healthcare
Requirements:
Degree in any field
Minimum 6 years of operations management, service quality experience
Successful track record of implementing operational improvement initiatives resulting in higher productivity, improved patient / customer experience
Strong in decision making, problem solving and communication skills
Experience in operations in healthcare sector and/or service industry is a plus!
Able to commit 5.5 days\' work week
