Job Description


The Service Quality Analyst is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and enhancing the quality of services provided in the logistics and supply chain operations. This role involves analyzing processes, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics efficiency and accuracy. The Analyst will utilize data analysis, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure that the company\'s logistics services meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Quality Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Monitor and evaluate logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to assess the quality of service provided.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turnover, and other relevant metrics.
  • Review and audit shipping and delivery records to ensure compliance with established procedures and customer requirements.
Performance Metrics:
  • Develop, implement, and track logistics-specific performance metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with Operation team to establish benchmarks and goals for process improvements.
Root Cause Analysis:
  • Identify root causes of operational issues or service quality discrepancies by analyzing data and collaborating with operations teams.
  • Develop strategies to address identified issues and minimize the likelihood of recurring problems.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate regular reports on logistics performance, trends, and service quality.
  • Provide insights to management and logistics teams to drive data-informed decisions.
  • To understand international conditions that would have impact on monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
  • Ensure that logistics operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry-specific compliance guidelines with regards to Commercial and Postal business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or quality assurance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Power BI, Google Data Studio)
