You will collaborate with top minds, grow through continuous learning, and benefit from an inclusive environment that rewards performance and celebrate achievements.Join Us and Make an Impact.As a Service & Repair Technician (Welder), your focus will be perform welding and bench fitting repair as below responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Perform welding and bench fitting repair on aero engine hardware in accordance with approved manuals and repair documents. Meet drawing and weld specifications requirements using various air tools, shop equipment, and hand tools.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient at welding different materials (Aluminum, Corrosion Heat Resistant Steel, Nickel Alloy, Titanium, Cobalt Alloy) on aero-engine hardware.
\xc2\xb7 General knowledge of usage of air tools, shop equipment and hand tools.
\xc2\xb7 Inspect finished product and accurately use various industry standard measuring tools for weld examinations.
\xc2\xb7 Ensures that work carried out meets the required quality as stated in the respective manuals and technical documents.
\xc2\xb7 Perform equipment maintenance via establish TPM guidelines.
\xc2\xb7 Practice 5S principals and maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
\xc2\xb7 Initiates & implements continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.Key Experience & Capabilities:\xc2\xb7 Min 3-5 years welding experience in various materials.
\xc2\xb7 Must be able to interpret blueprint drawings and use of aircraft component manuals and/or publications.
\xc2\xb7 Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
\xc2\xb7 Committed and willing to work in welding environment.
\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of 5S and TPM concepts.
\xc2\xb7 Must have basic computer skills. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
\xc2\xb7 Experience and understanding of Six Sigma and Lean tools will be an added advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Must have at least a NTC certificate or higher and be able to read, write and communicate in English.
\xc2\xb7 Current certification in TIG Welding and able to achieve ASTM D17.1 and CAAS SAR requirements added advantageWe Are
