What You'll Do
Welcome and engage every guest with professionalism and warmth
Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to ensure a smooth flow
Coordinate seating to keep service fair and organized
Handle inquiries with confidence and clarity
Communicate closely with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
Assist supervisors in front-of-house operations when needed
Who You Are
We're looking for individuals who put people first and thrive in dynamic environments:
Experienced:
At least 1 year in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, or similar)
Composed:
Stays calm and professional, even during peak hours
Collaborative:
Works well with others and communicates clearly
Detail-Oriented:
Thinks ahead and solves problems efficiently
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with POS or reservation systems
