What You'll Do
Greet and engage every guest with professionalism and warmth
Manage reservations and walk-ins to ensure a smooth flow of service
Coordinate seating to keep operations fair and organized
Handle guest inquiries with confidence and clarity
Communicate closely with the kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
Support supervisors in daily front-of-house duties when needed
Who You Are
Experienced:
At least 1 year in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, or similar)
Composed:
Stays calm and professional during busy periods
Collaborative:
Works well with teammates and communicates clearly
Detail-Oriented:
Anticipates needs and solves problems efficiently
Bonus:
Familiarity with POS or reservation systems is a plus
