Manage Service Department to drive business growth, improve profitability, oversee service calls, schedule resources, maintain staffing levels, generate sales revenue, ensure suitable margins, and control stock and equipment.
Collaborate with Directors, General Manager, and Senior Managers of affiliated companies to achieve common objectives and explore opportunities for expansion.
Assist in creating production paperwork for company door products as required by clients.
Negotiate and resolve any disputes that may arise with customers, suppliers, or other parties during business operations.
Prepare invoices related to serviced products and ensure they are processed and mailed before the end of the servicing month.
Report any incidents or matters that may involve the company or its insurers incurring liability or be of interest to the Directors of the Company.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the company\'s products and services to meet customer requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, assertive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
