:Industry: Heavy Industrial
Location: West
Working Hours: 5 Days work week (8.30am- 5.30pm)
Salary UP $4000 + High CommissionsJob Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and handle customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide technical advice and to render support to Architects, Consultants, Contractors & Building Owners respectively
• Visit customers as required, assisting with sales and customer service issues
• Gather costing, generate a quotation, tender submission, and regular follow up
• Manage, maintain a good relationship with key accounts and identify potential new customers and develop new accounts
• Ensure quote activities are updated in a timely manner in accordance with Sales Department standard process
• To take ownership of assigned projects and target on identified must-win projects to ensure meeting set order targets
• Understand and identify business outcomes for customers and help provide a total solution to meet these desired outcomes
• Responsible for meeting Sales target set by the company as well as developing new businesses through customers, products, or product applications in Singapore

Job Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales experience in construction industry
• Comprehend mechanical, electrical fitments and drawing interpretations
• Knowledge in ACMV, M&E, Smoke control system or Fire alarm system will be advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working in customer-facing situations
• Solid computer skills, including a good understanding of MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Constantly striving to offer the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Preferred with own transportation
