Job Summary:




The role responsible for driving profitable growth of the service business within the assigned region by leading commercial strategy, pricing, contract management, and customer engagement efforts. This role ensures alignment between sales, service operations, and business development functions to improve customer value and company revenue.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement service commercial strategy in alignment with global and regional business goals. Drive growth in service booking & revenue (contracts, spare parts, upgrades, etc.) and improve service margin performance. Partner with regional sales and service teams to develop customer value propositions. Lead pricing strategy for service offerings, including contract structures, renewals, and discounting policies. Coordinate the development and implementation of service contract models and standard terms. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Drive standardization and simplification of commercial processes and tools across the region. Ensure CRM and commercial systems are optimized and properly used to support service business tracking and forecasting. Monitor key performance indicators (critical metrics) for commercial success, and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure commercial compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven commercial or business leadership roles, preferably in service or aftermarket businesses. Strong business insight with a consistent track record in service revenue growth and contract management. Experience in pricing strategy, P&L management and customer management skills. Familiarity with regional market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and financial modeling.
