Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, testing, maintaining, and commissioning fire alarm and protection systems, while ensuring the highest level of service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide efficient and cost-effective services to customers. Program and configure fire alarm control panels and addressable devices Conduct functional and acceptance testing of fire protection systems, resolving software-related issues onsite. Design, implement, and maintain fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems in compliance with local and international standards. Assist in preparing and proposing service contracts for customers. Support the Service Department in promoting the renewal of existing contracts. Identify and recommend system upgrades based on customer needs. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and periodic inspections at client sites. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to restore operations promptly. Provide regular updates to both customers and internal stakeholders on project progress. Ensure efficient project administration and generate necessary management reports. Coordinate job progress with subcontractors and other stakeholders. Conduct training sessions for corporate customers as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fire protection systems. Hands-on experience with major fire alarm systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary. Working Hours 5.5 work week.
