:
- Working at Japanese Fine-Dining concept restaurant- Managing Restaurant\'s operation cooperating with Manager- Supervising service staffs to provide finest quality of service- Managing and maintaining VIP guests- Managing stock and order placement- Maintaining Wine & Sake list- Planning promo- Maintaining the highest standards of service quality, cleanliness and hygiene- Opportunity to learn knowledge of Japanese Wagyu beef- Opportunity to learn high quality Japanese style customer service

Job Requirements:
- Passionate and team-working character- Non-selfish and willing-to-learn attitude- 2 to 3+ years experience in relevant work- Experience of working in hotels, high-end restaurants or Japanese restaurants is advantageous. *but not mandatory- Able to communicate in English
