Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor commercial pipelines daily for new and upcoming robot deployments.
\xe2\x97\x8f Allocation of Service Engineers for deployment processes and adjust resource allocation as needed.
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate customer User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and manage UAT documentation.
\xe2\x97\x8f Organize customer training on robot handling and software platforms, including logistics.
\xe2\x97\x8f Preparation of necessary documentation prior to robot live operations on customer sites.
\xe2\x97\x8f Compile Product Performance Reports for customers on a regular basis.
\xe2\x97\x8f Allocate Service Engineers for routine Robot Preventive Maintenance.
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and escalate open Robot Issues to ensure timely resolution.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain accurate records of customer requests, robot performance, and issue resolutions in a ticketing system.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with team members to maintain an updated deployment schedule.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure timely execution and reporting of onsite activities, including issue resolution and preventive maintenance.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the preparation of purchase order documents for robotics equipment, supplies, and services.
\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to and maintain an organized system for customer support documentation, including FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting guides.
\xe2\x97\x8f Undertake ad-hoc duties as required to support robot operations, including coordinating deliveries and providing operational support.Requirements\xe2\x97\x8f Diploma in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
\xe2\x97\x8f Preferred 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations management, or a similar role.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple operational tasks concurrently.
