Our Bosch Security Solutions, a leading brand in Singapore with extensive range of products portfolio in the domain of video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire detection, voice alarm, public announcement systems, professional audio and conferencing system as well as access control and management systems. Through the years, our products are well received by our Singapore based customers has collaborated with us through our design, implementation and maintenance projects. As part of BOSCH\'s business expansion strategy, our Security Solutions Business Unit is seeking for a technical competent Service Systems Engineer to join our team in Singapore office.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

• Provide CCTV, Card access security service and support include backend systems.
• Second Level Support - Provide Solution and alternative on resolving technical issues.

• Provide service and support for CCTV, Card access & DVR backup.
• Provide preventive maintenance support technically, method, checklist and guidance during the initial phase.
• Maintain customer satisfactory and support level.
• Ensuring backup of camera images are in order and no security risk will be compromised by the security system maintain by ADC.
• Able to apply technical knowledge, analytical and ingenuity to develop solutions for technical problems.
• Able to take ownership and responsibility of the work till job closed.
• Response to call promptly without fail.
• Implement contingency plan for contracted customer on their backend systems.

• Provide timely update to call center and coordinator on job status.
• Work independently and under pressure.
• Able to prioritize assigned work without compromise to service level and quality of work.

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or in relevant fields.
• 2 years of working experience in security system.
• Good in written and speaking English.
• Good discipline in Electrical and Electronic practice.
• Good customer service skill.
• Expert in CCTV, Card access security system, intruder detection system and PV system.
