Job Opening: Service Team Lead (F&B)
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Lead the Shift:
Oversee daily operations and step in as acting manager when neededDeliver Great Service:
Ensure guests feel welcome, attended to, and appreciatedBe on the Ground:
Support both front and back of house, lead by presence, not just positionMaintain Standards:
Keep service consistent and always look for ways to improveBoost Team Morale:
Encourage, support, and help the team stay motivatedWhat We're Looking For:
A team player with strong people instincts Open to feedback and eager to improve Prior F&B experience is a plus but a growth mindset is key Comfortable with shift work (5-day week, rotating schedule)
