Food Services Runner - Mr Bucket Chocolate

Key Responsibilities:
Food Delivery & Service
Deliver chocolate desserts, beverages, and snacks from the kitchen to customers promptly.
Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented neatly, reflecting Mr Bucket Chocolate's high standards.
Assist in clearing and resetting tables after service.
Customer Support
Attend to customer requests politely and efficiently.
Communicate any special orders or issues to kitchen or service staff.
Stock & Supplies Assistance
Help restock ingredients, chocolate products, utensils, and tableware.
Assist in transporting supplies between storage, kitchen, and service areas.
Cleanliness & Safety
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, counters, and walkways.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly.
Teamwork
Support servers, kitchen staff, and fellow runners during busy periods.
Follow supervisors' instructions and Mr Bucket Chocolate's SOPs.
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to carry trays safely. Team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays. * Experience in food service is a plus but not mandatory.
