Service Operations
Attend to customers at physical store for collection, walk-in purchases or dine in.
Respond to email and social media enquiries in a timely manner.
Assist in the maintenance of the service area and retail stock.
Assist in packing of orders and coordination of deliveries
Offer friendly and efficient services to all customers and attending to their needs, complaints and enquiries on various platforms (ie. email/Instagram)
Work closely with Management Team to be aware and updated on all Sales/Marketing activities
Processing of orders from stockists and communicating to relevant team members to coordinate fulfilment.
Assist in inventory management, ordering stocks and ensuring latest products are updated in the POS system.
Assist in all internal and external events.
Preparing and serving food, making coffee and tea
Ensure correct items are keyed in POS system for bill settlement.
Ensure the display is fully stocked and can meet the menu at all times, notifying the Operations Manager or kitchen staff of any shortage.
Clean the caf\xc3\xa9 areas, inside and outside and ensure they are safe and hygienic at all times.
Check that all caf\xc3\xa9 facilities, equipment or furnishings are in good order and to report any damage.
Follow the normal operating plan, ensuring correct opening and closing times and setting up and clearing down as required.
Assist with preparing food for bookings, ensuring these are ready on time.
Ensuring the completion of daily financial paperwork and cash handling and that all expenditure is covered by an invoice or receipt.
Some culinary experience is a plus.
