Commission, calibrate and maintain the performance of the sensors;
Provide effective solutions to customers\' concerns.
Communicate with clients\' engineers and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
Prepare presentations and conduct training to the customers to keep up to date with the latest developments of the sensors;
Write reports and present findings to the Manager after each service visit.
Maintain proper inventory control
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Technical service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
