Job Description
Responsibilities * Follow on site daily PM plan (customer site). * Process quartz PM: support change quartz tube, loading quartz jigs, injectors etc. * New & old parts arrangement & l Responsibilities Follow on site daily PM plan (customer site). Process quartz PM: support change quartz tube, loading quartz jigs, injectors etc. New & old parts arrangement & logistic (maintenance room, store to tool side). Preparation & housekeeping of PM jigs & tools. Perform robot PM: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc. Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets. Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation. Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, labelling, housekeeping). Requirements Minimum Nitec in Engineering field. At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production. At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance and Repair. Candidate must be able to work on rotating shift days (Tuesday to Saturday / Sunday to Thursday).
