Service Technician (drone Systems)

Job Description
Work Location: 540 Airport RoadWork Hours: Shift role, 8am to 8pm/ 8pm to 8ams * Provide front line support and troubleshooting on drone systems. On-site field work is required.
- Perform rectification work on drone systems.
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on drone systems.
- Provide root cause analysis to engineering team and customer.
- Report to the lead engineer on engineering issues concerning drone systems during preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance or drone operation.
- Generate and upkeep maintenance documentations with accordance to maintenance polices and user guidelines based on drone operation, customer requirements and feedback.
- Open to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to travel to different locations in Singapore.
- Good troubleshooting and diagnosis skills.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Class 3/3A Driving License - advantage.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in aviation or drone industry - advantage.
