Handling day-to-day operations of the service centre in accordance with company brand position and guidelines.
Perform and ensure all repairs and servicing are executed in accordance to company's standard operating procedures and performance indicators.
Perform equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance.
Perform on-site servicing and installation if required.
Assist in ad hoc project work.
Co-operate with Customer Service Team and follow company's procedures and protocols to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
