What You'll Do

Provide on-site technical servicing and troubleshooting for dosing pumps and hygiene systems. Assist with product installation, rollout, and preventive maintenance activities. Offer technical support and training to customers and internal teams. Work with Sales and Project teams to support technical proposals and solution design. Maintain proper documentation, including technical drawings, BOMs, and service reports. Conduct internal and customer training sessions on product use and maintenance. Manage spare parts inventory and plan service schedules
What You'll Need

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience Minimum 1 year in technical support, ideally in dosing pumps or industrial systems Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks Proficiency in documentation and report writing
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
