Job Description

Position: Operation Technician (zmanufacturing)Location: Changi South, SingaporeWorking Days: 5 day -Monday to Friday. 7.30am to 4.30pm.Night shift not fixed , its 7.30pm to 4.30amSalary : Basic $1,500-$1,600 + Allowance $150+ Night shift allowance + AWS + VB (2 - 3 months)Position Description:

• Perform manufacturing operations associated with production parts.
• Ability to communicate what has been experienced and or seen.
• Accurately and efficiently set-up equipment per engineering instructions / Customer\'s spec.
• Execute daily autonomous maintenance and set-up activities.
• Assist in developing improvement methods and practices to increase production output safely.
• Accurately complete/create documentation associated with production processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate transactions of workflow in Oracle system.
• Assist in performing required process capability studies, equipment installation qualifications, and process validation.
• Active participation on audit such as safety inspection, STOP card, Job safety Analysis.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety regulations, PPE requirements, SOP, Job Instructions and Good manufacturing procedures.
• Responsible for upkeep of production areas and provide a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned

Position: Mechanical TechnicianLocation: Sembawang, SGWorking Days: Mon-Friday , 5 working daysWorking hours : 9am-6pmSalary : $1,700-$2,300:

• Able to touch up on paint job.
• Able to handle fitting and assembly work.
• Able to perform sheet metal part alignment during assembly.
• Able to read simple drawing to rework on parts.
• Able to work on weekend (If required)
• Able to go OJT (on job training)
• Able to Work overtime when required
