  • Delivering regular servicing and upkeep for copiers, scanners, printers and fax machines.
  • Installing and configuring new machines and associated software.
  • Overseeing inventory and orders for new parts and supplies.
  • Providing on-site guidance to address customer concerns.
The Role:
  • Nitec or Diploma in Electronic/IT or related field
  • Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • 3 years & above of relevant working experience
  • Hands on technical skills in servicing printers, copiers, scanners etc.
