Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot:

Perform diagnostic tests to identify hardware and software issues on various mobile phone models.

Perform repairs:

Execute repairs such as screen and battery replacements, and other hardware component swaps.

Software support:

Troubleshoot software issues, perform system resets, data backups, and OS installations.

Provide customer service:

Advise customers on repair options, repair process, service timelines, and maintain a high standard of service.

Record keeping:

Maintain workspace:
