Responsibilities
Attend to all service calls during regular working hours and while on standby duty as scheduled on a roster. Install postmix, vending machines, and other related equipment at outlets. Troubleshoot, service, and maintain postmix systems, coolers, vending machines, and other equipment. Conduct quality control and preventive maintenance checks to ensure beverages dispensed meet quality standards. Educate and train customers on simple daily and weekly cleaning procedures for the machines. Provide feedback to superiors regarding competitors' activities and customer complaints. Ensure that the company's equipment is properly used by operators and report any misuse to the supervisor. Refurbish machines and equipment in the workshop.
Requirements
Minimum Nitec or above in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
Possess a valid class 3 driving license
